· 10% discount on weekly rates June 23-30 and Sept 3-10.*
· 20% discount on weekly rates before June 23 and after September 10.*

· Additional Adults - $25.00 per day / $150.00 per week.
· Additional Child - $10.00 per day / $60.00 per week.
· HIGHER RATES APPLY for LONG WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS and SPECIAL EVENTS.
· CALL FOR DAILY RATES, GROUP RATES (BUS TOURS) OR SPECIAL PROMOTIONS.
· REFUNDS: Your deposit will only be refunded providing that you cancel your reservation 30 days prior to arrival (for July and August bookings) or 15 days prior to arrival (for September to June bookings). A minimum cancellation fee of $50.00 will apply. No refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days / 15 days prior to arrival.
· Roll-away beds, cribs and highchairs supplied at no additional charge. (subject to availability)
· All units have a stove (standard cottages have no ovens), microwave, fridge, pots/pans, dishes/cutlery, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and cable colour TV. Covered balconies for all motel rooms and mini condos; porches or patios for all cottages and chalets. Blankets, pillows and linens supplied. (See above for towels. Towel rentals for cottages available. Call for details.) Always bring your own pool and beach towels. Outdoor heated pool open June to Sept.
